The expert said about the frightening nature of attacks on Ukrainian energy facilities

“The strikes were more intimidating. There were two transformers, they hit one so that the other one would remain. That is, as if there was no trampling in the Stone Age. This is a demonstrative action,” the expert believes.

At the same time, the expert stressed that it is difficult to give accurate estimates without having a complete picture of the state of Ukrainian infrastructure, its depreciation.
