Zotac launches Geforce GTX 1070 Mini for compact computer construction

Building more compact computers is popular with many enthusiasts, as they take up less space without offering inferior performance. For these purposes, it has become increasingly common for manufacturers to release special versions, including graphics cards that are shorter and take up fewer expansion slots.

The latest in the line will be Zotac launching the Geforce GTX 1070 Mini. As the name suggests, this is a shrunken version of the company’s Geforce GTX 1070, with two instead of three fans and a shorter circuit board with a length of only 21 cm.

The card also has a slightly higher clock speed from the factory, with a base frequency of 1,518 MHz and a turbo frequency of 1,708 MHz. In addition, it is identical to the larger card, with power supply via an 8-pin PCIe connector and connections in the form of two DisplayPort – as well as an HDMI and a DVI input.
