Cell phone was turned off and does not turn on, motherboard fails, sudden death, does it cause a solution?

This is a not a little strange problem that even I experienced at the time with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The cell phone turns off for no apparent reason and does not turn on again. It may just vibrate, turn on the notification led by pressing the power button or connecting it to the charger, but there is no boot. When NOT EVEN the manufacturer’s logo appears (which would indicate a failure in the operating system partition only, something easier to fix) and rule out an integral failure of the software or other partitions on the device (which can occur with a flashing or previously incorrect modification), it is most likely a hardware or physical failure, such as a burnt chip on the main electronic board.

This failure in cell phones is known by unofficial technicians and in authorized technical services of brands such as Samsung o Apple. According to some figures from the technicians who work in these services, every month at least 5 clients arrive with this problem. In his own words, it is sometimes a factory problem: There are phones that are more prone to these failures. But additionally they indicate that this is aggravated when the user does not charge the cell phone correctly. The mobile phones should not be left charging overnight. “We do not know how much voltage the phone can withstand.” Of course, this also applies if the user usually has the phone connected all day.

Added to this is the fact that the user can use a charger that is not original. «Using a charger that does not have the same voltage as the factory charger can cause overloads«. “When the battery is full or the phone is 100% charged, the charger must be disconnected.”

It is presumed that, before the cell phone dies, it usually shows some symptoms, such as turns off solo, out of nowhere or for no reason. It may also show colored lines on the screen like a rainbow. If you see these types of problems, you probably want to take into account the loading and unloading precautions indicated above.

In the unfortunate case that the cell phone dies and it is a physical failure, perhaps due to a problem with the main board (something that obviously should be diagnosed by a technician), the typical solution that is usually offered is to replace that board. However, I personally do not recommend this type of solution, because there are no replacement cell phone plates. Those that are sold are generally used and come from the black market. For this reason, the most advisable thing to do in this case is to purchase a new computer.
