Step 1: Press Windows + R keys together on your keyboard to open Run dialog box.

Step 2: Write regeditar in the run box and press the button Get into key to open registry editor.

Step 3: Accept the UAC prompt by clicking Yes continue.

Step 4 – Copy and paste the path below into the empty address bar of the registry editor and press the button Get into wrench.

Step 5 – After reaching the search registry key, right click on Search and hover over New context menu option.

Step 6: Then select Valor DWORD (32 bits) from the list as shown in the image below.

Step 7 – Rename the newly created DWORD value to BingSearchEnabled.

Step 8: Double click BingSearchHabilitado DWORD value and enter the value 0 at value data countryside.

Step 9: Once done, click OK to apply and close the DWORD Value window.

Step 10 – Close the registry editor window and reboot your system once.

How to disable search in web results in Windows 11 using Local Group Policy Editor

Step 1: Press Windows + R keys together on your keyboard to open Run dialog box.

Step 2: Write gpedit.msc in the run box and press the button Get into key to open the local group policy editor.

Step 3 – Navigate to the Windows components using the path given below.

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components.

Step 4: Scroll through the list of Windows components and click Search on the left side of the editor window as shown below.

Step 5: Then on the right side find Do not allow web search and double click on it to open it.

Step 6 – In the Do not allow web search window, select Activated option and then click Apply for and OK to make changes as shown in the image below.

Step 7: After doing this, make sure you have selected Search on the left side of the editor window.

Step 8: Then double click Don’t search the web or show web results in Search option to open it.
