How to prevent a contact’s emails from being marked as Spam?

Regardless of the email platform you use, you can configure the option so that emails do not go to a spam tray.

Gmail

If you are using an account that you created in Gmail, what you should do so that someone’s emails are not spam is add the person to your contact list. To do this, the first thing to do is to log into Gmail with your data, then look for an email sent by that user and put the cursor over the name.

In seconds you will see a small box that will appear on the screen with the user’s information and at the bottom you will see the option ‘Add contact’. Although, if you have already had conversations with this user on other occasions, the platform will have already added him to your contacts.

Outlook y Hotmail

Rules in Outlook and Hotmail

To establish these rules, within an email, right click to select the ‘Rules’ option, where you can take the set rules or create one for your emails. In the box, select the first boxes and then check the box for ‘Move the item to the folder’ and select one to be able to save the changes.
