How to rotate text direction in MS Powerpoint
Powerpoint is the most effective tool for creating presentations for meetings and seminars. While most users add paragraphs of text, bar charts, charts, or photos to their PowerPoint presentation, some users may need to change the alignment or direction of the text to suit their needs.
If you are new to using Powerpoint on a Windows system, this post will show you how to set or rotate the text direction in Powerpoint in two different ways.

How to Set or Rotate Text Direction in PowerPoint
We have listed two methods by which the user can change the direction of the text in PowerPoint with a few simple steps given below.
Method 1:
Step 1: open the PowerPoint application on your system by pressing the button Windows key and click PowerPoint.
Step 2: Then select PowerPoint request from the search results as shown below.
Step 3: Once it opens, double click on blank presentation to open a new document.
Step 4 – Next, type something into the new document by clicking “Click to add a title” and “Click to add a subtitle” As shown below.
Step 5 – After you finish typing, select the text whose direction you want to change.
Step 6 – Make Sure House tab is selected and click the text address icon to see the drop-down list of options.
Step 7: Once done, select Rotate all text 90° O Rotate all text 270° O piled up option from the list according to your need as shown below.
That’s it. This is how you can change the direction of the text in the PowerPoint application.
Method 2:
Step 1: open the PowerPoint application on your system by pressing the button Windows key and click PowerPoint.
Step 2: Then select PowerPoint request from the search results as shown below.
Step 3: Once it opens, double click on blank presentation to open a new document.
Step 4 – Next, type something into the new document by clicking “Click to add a title” and “Click to add a subtitle” As shown below.
Step 5: Select the text whose direction you want to change.
Step 6: Right click on the selected text and select format shape from the context menu as shown below.
Step 7 – On the right side panel of Format Shape, click Text Options at the top and then select the text box icon as shown below.
Step 8 – After that, in the text box, select the Text Direction dropdown menu by clicking on it.
Step 9: Select Rotate all text 90° O Rotate all text 270° O piled up from the dropdown list as shown in the following screenshot.
