How to use Smite in Minecraft – Easy Steps

Fighting mobs is a big part of Minecraft if you decide to make it to the end. It involves gathering all kinds of resources, many of which come from mobs that are difficult to kill. Players can use different grades of weapons to defeat mobs and can use enchantments to make the best weapons more effective.

Smite in Minecraft

Smite is an enchantment in Minecraft that can be applied to weapons. Specifically, it can be applied to a sword or an ax. Other weapons, such as crossbows and bow and arrow, cannot be enchanted with Smite.

Punish will add more damage when using a weapon with the enchantment to attack an ‘undead’ mob (all variations of Zombies, Skeletons and Ghosts).

To enchant a weapon, you need;

• An enchantment table
• The weapon that you will enchant
• 3 Lazuli Lapis (found by mining underground at level 32)

Enchantment table

The most difficult item to obtain to create an enchantment table is diamonds you’ll have mine for them and you should use an iron or a top pick. Diamonds are below Y level 16.

Obsidian is easy to make – pour a bucket of water into a fountain lava block. The tricky part is breaking the block once you have it. You need a diamond pick for work. In total, you need 5 diamonds (3 for the ax and 2 for the table).

To craft a book, you need three papers and a leather skin. To get paper, you need sugar cane (of natural origin). To get leather, you must kill a cow, horse, donkey, mule, or llamas. Cows are more likely to shed a hide and are found more frequently.

Make the workbook by placing a paper in the first cell of the second, a paper in the second cell of the second row, and a paper in the first cell of the last row on the artboard. Place the leather skin in the second cell of the third row. Pick up the book.

For create the enchantment table:

1. Place the book in the second cell of the first row.
2. Place a diamond in the first and last cells of the second row.
3. Place a block of obsidian in the second cell of the second row.
4. Place a block of obsidian in each cell in the third row.
5. Pick up the table of enchantments.

Punishment Charm

Now that you have the enchantment table, the weapon, and the Lazuli Lapis, you can enchant the weapon.

1. Set up the enchantment table.
2. Click on the table.
3. Place the weapon on the block on the left.
4. Place 3 Lazuli Lapis on the right block.
5. Hover over the three enchantments that appear in the three rows.
6. Select the Smite enchantment.
7. Pick up the weapon. He’s not thrilled with Smite.
