Is PrivadoVPN safe?

The answer is yes, it is a service that offers good safety standards. The connection is guaranteed through the best VPN security protocols: IKEv2, Open VPN and WireGuard (the latter labeled as “preview” on the client).

On the other hand, we had more difficulties with the Italian server, which did not allow us to access the live broadcasts of RaiPlay and Mediaset Play surprisingly, we also had difficulties with the live broadcasts of the Swiss site RSI.

So from the point of view of circumventing territorial blocks, in the context of streaming services the service is not the best.

The performance of PrivadoVPN

From a performance point of view, according to the evidence, one cannot complain: Most of the servers tested proved to be quite fast and with fairly low pings. As usual, the performance was better with the new WireGuard protocol and with the Ikev2 protocol, and slightly worse with OpenVPN.

Connection times to servers vary, and sometimes hardly understandable they are longer than normal.

A clear client
