CONCRT140.dll missing problem in Windows 11
When your favorite strategy game, which is quite large in size, is finally downloaded and installed correctly, but when you try to start the game, it will throw a “CONCRT140.dll is missing” error and stop code execution, which can be really annoying. . . CONCRT140.dll is one of the important files that is required to run the components that are created with MS Visual C ++ studio. The other similar error messages are

Solution 1: repair Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable
Paso 1 – Look for APPWIZ.CPL in the search box.
Paso 2 – to locate Microsoft Visual C ++ Redistributable of the list.
Paso 3 -Right click and click repair.
Please confirm by clicking Yes.
Paso 4: Now the MS Visual C ++ installation window opens.
Click on Repair As shown below.

Close the Correct Settings window as shown below.

Solution 2: Register the CONCRT140.dll file using the command prompt
Paso 1: To start the Symbol of the system as administrator.
press win logo key and write cmd.
Then right click on the Symbol of the system Results application.
Click Execute as an administrator from the context menu.
Paso 2: Once the command prompt opens
Type the following to register the dll file. (Note:- replace file name with concrt140.dll)
regsvr32 [filename].dll

Note:- Registering all the dll files at once will take several minutes, wait until it is done.
After registering the dll file, restart the game application to see if the problem persists.
Solution 3: the application needs to be reinstalled
Sometimes the application installation process was unsuccessful and some of the files may have been corrupted. Therefore, it is better to reinstall the application on your laptop.
Paso 1: For Uninstall the application:
Launch the Settings app by pressing win logo key + I together.
Then click Applications.
Paso 2: On Apps and Features, Find the application you want to uninstall.
Then click Uninstall next to the Modify button.
After the uninstall process is complete, you must reinstall the application.
Solution 4: roll back your laptop using System Restore

Click the point as shown in the image below and click next to proceed.

This will restore your system to the last saved point.
