This style of animation to the start menu gives a different and nice look when you click on it. But this animation can cause a delay in the opening of the start menu window, which some users may feel unwanted. So there is an option in the Windows operating system to enable or disable it. Paso 1: Open performance options window

Read This Now:   Exclude voice recordings from the music library

press Win + R keys together on your keyboard to open the run dialog.

In the Run dialog box, type SystemPropertiesPerformance and hit Get into wrench.

Paso 2: In the performance options window

On the Visual Effects tab, click Personalized: radio button.

Then uncheck Animate controls and elements within windows checkbox to disable the start menu animation as shown in the image below.

Finally, click Request and OK to make changes.

Then all you need to do is simply reboot your system once.

Log into your system and try clicking the start menu button. It will instantly open the menu in place of any animation.
