How to find hide my email in mail app
Sharing your email opens it to spam. More and more services and websites now insist on collecting your email, which is why disposable email addresses exist. You can use a temporary email to sign up for things without revealing your primary email.
Hide My Email – iOS Mail App
The mail app on iOS has a nice feature called “Hide my email.” It basically gives you an additional email to use when you email someone. The function is not free. You have to subscribe to iCloud + to access it. This feature is expected to arrive in early 2022 on iOS 15. This feature is not yet available on the stable version of iOS.

conclusion
Hiding my email is not a free service from Apple that you get if you own an Apple product. It is a service that is included with iCloud premium plans. You can find many free email services, but none will work natively in the Mail app, nor will it allow you to choose when an email expires. You would have to manually add an email recorder to your email client and not many of them offer a real inbox. Most are just placeholders for when you need to download something or sign up for a service that you only need to use once.
