The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login
The Remote Desktop feature allows users to connect to and operate a system remotely. If he user account you use to connect to a remote system you do not have sufficient permissions, you will see the following error:

NOTE: One must have administrator privileges to make the following corrections.
Solution 1: create a new security group for Remote Desktop Services
1. Open the Run dialog using the keys Windows + R.
2. Enter the command secpol.mscand press Get into.
3. The Local Security Policy window opens. Double click about Local policies.
4. Now, double click about Assigning user rights.
5. From the right side panel, locate and double click about Allow login through Remote Desktop Services.
6. Check if you can see Remote desktop users listed. If you don’t see it listed, follow the steps below.
7. Click Add user or group button.
8. In the Select users or groups window enter Remote desktop usersand click it’s fine.
9. You will see a Name not found window. Check the name of the object, Remote desktop users.
10. Click the OK button.
11. In the Allow login through Remote Desktop Services Properties window, click the OK button.
12. Restart your system.
13. Open To run Dialogue again.
14. Enter the command cmd and keep the keys Ctrl + Alt + Enter.
15. In the command prompt window that opens, enter the following command and press Get into.
gpupdate /force
16. Restart your system again.
Check if this resolves the error. If not, try the next solution.
Solution 2: provide sufficient rights to your user account
1. Open the To run Dialogue.
2. Enter the command lusrmg.msc and hit the Get into button.
3. In the initial window, double-click Users.
4. Now, double click about your user account. In this case, it is admin.
5. Go to Member of tab.
6. If you don’t see Remote desktop users in the list, click the Add button.
7. In the window that appears, click the Advanced button.
8. In the opening window, click the Find now button.
9. From the Search results, double-click the Remote desktop users.
10. In the Select groups window, click the OK button.
11. Now, you can see the Remote desktop users created.
12. Click Request and then click the OK button.
Solution 3: change the login for remote desktop services
1. Open the To run Dialogue.
2. Enter the command services.msc and press Get into.
3. The Services window opens. Locate the service called Remote desktop services Y double click in that.
4. Go to To access tab.
5. Click This account option.
6. Click the Surf button.
7. In the Select user window, click the Advanced button.
8. In the window that appears, click the Find now button.
9. In the search results section, double click about NETWORK SERVICE.
10. In the Select User window, click OK.
11. Click the OK button on the Remote Desktop Services Properties window.
12. Right-click on the Remote desktop services and choose Restart.
