APP to remember pending payments on Android

It is a headache having to deal with the problems caused by an overdue bill. The mind is fragile and unfortunately whenever we rely on it to remember what to pay, at some point we end up forgetting it. Luckily, for Android we have applications that help us in everything and allow us to make the most of its potential: the Remind Invoices app, available on Google Play, is one of them.

If it is difficult for us to be punctual when it comes to paying the bills for electricity, water or even internet service on a monthly basis, this application may be what we need. Basically, in the application we can add the invoices that have to be canceled in the future and add a reminder to each of them that will be generated before X days, so that we agree that it is necessary to pay.

The application is in Spanish and it is easy to understand how it works. You just start adding invoices, one by one. For each one, the beneficiary of the payment must be detailed, the amount of money that must be paid or that is pending payment, expiration date and before how many days of expiration the notification or reminder will be generated. It also allows you to attach the photo of the invoice to each item added, which can be used to have the details you need at hand when paying.

The Repetitions option apparently allows you to re-generate the reminder from time to time.

The reminder generated by the application is a notification displayed in the Android notification bar. It is presented with the application icon. By opening the notification you can “Mark as paid”, as well as edit or delete the invoice.

From the left side menu of Remind Invoices, you can change the currency, the time that the reminder will be generated and most importantly, create reminders of repeated invoices, something that presumably serves to keep the application repeating the reminder every two weeks, every month or more.

The advantage of this application is that, once programmed, the reminders will be generated even if the Android device is restarted. Obviously, it will also do so regardless of whether the application is open or closed.
